A new campus for research and teaching is in it's planning stage to build in Richmond California . Local residents have raised concerns that the campus will cause gentrification and displacement. On June 4th, more than 300 people gathered to rally and march. The rally took place during the Warriors basketball team's first appearance in the NBA championships in 40 years.
